A free-range hog, spit roasted and marinated with a marinade of fennel, rosemary, garlic, and spices in an extra virgin olive oil.

Spit roasted for a minimum of 5-6 hours. Thats some serious love right there. 

We deliver, cook and carve the hog, serving it into ciabatta rolls, with roquette and homemade apple sauce.
