Snaffling Pig is changing the gam(e)...mon. Hitting Sainsbury's stores nationwide from 16th January are two flavoured glazed gammon steaks topped with awesome flavoured pork crackling. Available in Maple Glazed and Apple & Cider Glazed both topped with pork crackling priced at £3.99 (RRP) for a pack of 2. 

So why did we do this?

Like pork scratchings were a few years ago, gammon has been unloved for many years. Traditionally served in a pub with a side of egg, chips and pineapple or displayed in the supermarket fridges wrapped in cellophane. The product tastes incredible, it's simple to cook and fills you up but it needed a kick up the arse and treated with more respect. 

So as a brand that prides itself on banging flavours and premium ingredients we knew we could drag this product into 2019. When better that the Year of the PIG. 

We are on this mission to change perceptions that gammon is old fashioned and lacks versatility. Our new range is bold, exciting, flavourful. We’re bringing excitement to the shelf with new flavours, new concepts with glazes and crumb included, colourful packs and branding.
