We specialise in porchetta hog roasts. The hog is marinaded in a mix of fennel, rosemary and garlic with other spices and we rock up with an experienced chef to ‘Cook, Carve & Serve’, with ciabatta bread rolls filled with roquette and a homemade apple sauce that will make you fall to your knees. And of course the crackling. They will always be plenty of pork crackling at a Snaffling Pig Roast.
The quality of our product has always been one of the biggest priorties for us. That's why we use only the finest ingredients from the UK. The pork and apples come from a free range farm in Kent. Obvs it's the pork that's free range. The apples can't move.
The breads we use come from local Artisan bakers. Soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside.
