How do I return an item for a replacement or refund if the product is faulty?

Send a little email to, within 7 working days and please let us know your order number, product description, reason for return, and whether you'd like a replacement or refund.

If you'd like a refund and you qualifiy for a refund, the full order amount will be refunded to you and processed to your payment card within 30 days. However, we cannot cover the cost of your return postage.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or returns for deliveries that arrive outside of the guideline timeframes given in our shipping policy. Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed.

How do I return an item for a replacement or credit note if I have changed my mind?

If you had a change of mind, but the item is not faulty, please contact us to make arrangements. You have 14 days from the date your order was confirmed to change your mind, and the products must be received within 14 days after that. We can not cover the cost of your return postage and the items must be unopened and in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the returned items and they are in perfect condition, we will issue you a credit note to use on our online store. We are unable to offer refunds for unwanted items. Soz.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any short dated items sold as part of a promotional sale or otherwise.

Generally speaking, all items that qualify for return should be sent to the following address (unless advised otherwise). We recommend that you send the items with a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to us. PLEASE ALSO ENSURE THAT YOU INCLUDE YOUR ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER:

Because Pig Bluey BBQs require specialist logistics, we have distinct rules on returns and refunds for all Pig Bluey BBQs:

If you change your mind about your purchase of a Pig Bluey BBQ: If you decide to return your Pig Bluey BBQ or any accessories within 14 days of receipt, we will refund 90% of the full value that you paid at the time of your transaction, provided the BBQ or accessory is unused, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. A 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your final refund. Please note that accessories cannot be refunded, but instead a credit note (less 10% restocking fee) will be issued and can be redeemed on this website. 

Please contact us at to arrange collection. Do not send it to Snaffling Pig until you have contacted us first and we have confirmed to proceed with the return. We cannot accept any responsibility for any Pig Bluey BBQ sent back to us without our prior written confirmation that we accept it.

You will be liable for the shipping fee, which is usually around £50 (some locations have shipping surcharges, and if the strapping has been removed from the pallet there will be an additional re-strapping fee). Please contact us for a quote for return. If you are returning accessories, you will need to arrange your own delivery at your own cost.

The Pig Bluey BBQ and/or accessories must be returned to us in a perfect, re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. If it is not in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, we may refuse the return. We will get in touch to talk this through.

If you have received a damaged or faulty Pig Bluey BBQ: If you believe your product to be defective, or that you are entitled to a replacement under warranty, please let us know by emailing, with some photos showing the problem and a short description telling us what is wrong. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Please don’t return the item to us until we have confirmed the next steps, which may include sending replacement parts and instructions on how to repair it.

If you return your Pig Bluey BBQ to Snaffling Pig and it has arrived damaged in transit: If you have arranged the return via our chosen courier, you will still receive your refund, less the 10% re-stocking fee.

If you’ve used your own choice of courier, we will notify you as soon as possible to inform you of the damage. We can accept no responsibility for any items that do not arrive in a re-saleable condition, so a refund will not be issued.
