By now you'll have noticed most of our snacks have a certain 'je ne sais pork' about them. They also tend to have a soul-satisfying crunch to them.
So, not one to sit on his piggin' laurels, Chef Pig has decided to mix things up a bit, swapping satisfying crunch for equally satisfying juiciness, while still remaining faithful to his humble porky roots.
Chorizo far, chorizo good.
This particular adventure in charcuterie (that's 'posh' for cured sausage) gives off a subtly sweet, deep, smoky, Iberian paprika type-vibe, but the pork itself is as British as white socks and sandals on the Costa del Sol.
Available in our natty jars this is 350g of smoky succulence.
These are ready to snaffle with your favourite tipple, but you might fancy slicing and dicing them, adding as an ingredient or accompaniment to a dish, perhaps seafood, in a soup or on a piggin' pizza.

PORKY SNACKS: If kept air tight, our crackling should be suitably awesome up until it's best before date, which should typically be around 16 weeks from purchase.
If you dive in regularly, we'd recommend eating it up within 4 weeks - but this shouldn't be too tricky, because well, you're already diving in regularly.
As with any food product, store in a cool, dry place away from bright light and vegetarians in order to keep the swines at their best.
